Here we describe the journey each pineapple takes from its origin to its final destination:

Selection and Preparation of the Land
It all starts with the careful selection of nutrient-rich lands suitable for pineapple cultivation. Our producers prepare the soil through agricultural practices that respect the ecological balance, ensuring optimal plant development.

Plantation
Our producers use pineapple crowns, selected for their quality and growth potential, for planting. This method guarantees that each plant has the best genetic conditions to produce high-quality fruits.

Selection and Packaging
At our packing center, the pineapples are carefully washed, inspected, and selected according to strict quality standards. Only the best fruits are packed and prepared for shipment.

Care and Maintenance
Throughout the growth cycle, lasting between 11 and 12 months, our pineapples receive constant attention. This includes adequate watering, weed control, and protection measures against pests and diseases, always under sustainable production protocols.

Transportation and Distribution
The pineapples are transported in refrigerated containers to maintain their freshness during the sea voyage. Our logistics ensure that they arrive at their destination maintaining their optimal quality and flavor.

Ripeness Monitoring
Since color and size are not reliable indicators of pineapple maturity, we conduct periodic tests of the sugar/acid ratio to determine the optimal harvest time.

Arrival to the Consumer
Once in the market, our pineapples are ready to be enjoyed by consumers. We advise storing them in refrigeration at 7.5 °C (45.5 °F) and consuming them within days of purchase to enjoy their maximum freshness and flavor.

Careful Harvest
With skill and caution, and equipped with protective gloves, we manually harvest the pineapples. This stage requires special care to preserve the fruit's integrity.
